Is this a family-friendly event?

Yes! We are optimistic believers of all ages will enjoy their time on Santa Claus Lane. Please note that Bad Santa is NOT family-friendly and rather an adults-only 21+ event.

Are Tickets refundable / exchangeable?

No. Tickets are not refundable and nonexchangeable. Though we are happy however to allow transfer of tickets to other people who would like to use them.

How long should I expect to be there?

Each ticket is timestamped for 2 hours. We anticipate that will be more than enough time for you to enjoy the merriment! However, we do hope to see you again soon!

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

Yes! Our capacity is limited. Please do purchase tickets in advance to help ensure our littlest believers aren’t let down upon arrival.

What about bad weather?

As Minnesotans, we are all accustomed to blistery weather in the Winter. We plan to be open, snow or shine! However, in the case of extreme weather, we will contact ticket holders to transfer tickets to a different time.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed, exempting Service Animals in accordance with ADA Guidelines.

When do tickets go on sale?

We’re hopeful to be selling tickets as early as July!

Do you offer discounts?

Generally, no. However, if you’re visiting with a large group or corporation, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

What should I wear?

Come dressed for the elements in your outdoor winter attire!

What items can’t we bring?

We ask that illegal substances, cigarettes alcohol, firearms, fireworks, drones, and / or weapons of any sort are left at home.

Are wheelchairs available?

Wheelchairs will not be available for rent but there will be a wheelchair onsite to accommodate any circumstances requiring one for first aid.

Is Santa Claus Lane handicap accessible?

Yes! However, it may be difficult for wheelchairs to maneuver through the terrain, weather depending. If you require a wheelchair, we’d suggest visiting Santa Claus Lane during our Sensory Friendly Hours!

Can I bring a stroller?

You can be a stroller, may we suggest a sled? Strollers will need large wheels to navigate the terrain.
